1. The competition is open to anyone over 18 ,not resident in the province of Almeria.
2. The competition prizes are one of three one week’s holiday in Mojacar, Spain. "one in a luxury villa, one in the Parador Mojacar, one in The Hotel Continental"
3. Return flights from Gatwick to Spain.
4. The holiday is leaving the UK on May 18th 2010 and returning on May 25th 2010.
5. Car hire and insurance will be arranged for the prize winners.
6. There is no money alternative prize.
7. All correct entries will be entered in a prize draw to be held on 31/3/2010 when the three lucky prize winners will be drawn. The adjudicators decision is final.
8. The winners will be notified by email and posted on www.mojacarlife.com as well as being announced on SUNTALK.
9. The lucky prize winner agrees to a phone interview on SUNTALK prior to the holiday.
10. The winner agrees to their names and photos being used for publicity.
11. Prize winner agrees to attend all arranged events while on holiday.
12. No liability for any part of the holiday can be accepted by the organizer.
13. All clients agree to take out medical and travel insurance.
14. Competition entrance agrees to receive marketing material.
15. Applicant’s details will not be sold or given to any other companies, not involved in the Mojacar Competition.
16. The prize draw is not open to members or relatives of the association (ACEM) or anyone else connected to the Prize Draw.
17. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.

19. ACEM accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. ACEM further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.
20. ACEM reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of ACEM in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. ACEM shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, dull commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances.
22. The promotion will be governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
23. Villa prize is for 4 people, Parador for 2 people sharing one room and Hotel Continental for 2 people sharing one room.
